Ooh, pretty!
Just a quick question - are the blue panels at top right photovoltaic panels or heat radiators? Also, the white dome looks like it contains some sort of a reactor...

I had solar panels in mind, but the details are open to interpretation. I can imagine the dome being a reactor with the panels being associated heat radiators.

In the context of the game the same spot would make an alluring target if the individual targeting of modules like in Homeworld 2 would be available.

Not to mention a rather spectacular detonation a short while later...

The tactical engine is 2D, like in Master of Orion. These are the actual sprites used in-game.
